In Ms. Schulman's Classroom....

This book was created by 4 students in my class for their friend, Norah. They chose the Art and Writing Center for our end of the day free choice centers in our kindergarten class yesterday. This heartfelt book was the result of their collaboration. They honored their dear friend on her 6th birthday by giving her this very special gift!

At OpenHeartOpenMind, we're very grateful to our families, our friends, and the many people who have supported our journey as two creative women working to serve through education and art.
Thank you for supporting our work and our passions!

During this year especially, we've learned to become present with the special moments that have led us to this incredible journey that is the The Cardboard Castle. We recognize and aspire to help others realize their potential gifts; the ones that catalyze a spark---that great idea, into existence.

We hope that you find the opportunities to grow into a space that is supportive and expansive, and full of joy.
